Extra Storage Tanks: Tiny Storage Tanks

A continuation of the excellent mod, Extra Storage Tank: Minibuffer by Aurora & Moonlight (publishing under the username of Anicha). It has been ported to Factorio 2.0 (now also 2.1) and also expanded/improved upon in various ways, according to my preference. v1.5.1 has received an adaptation for Krastorio 2.

Features: The mod adds two small storage tanks, both an inline (original) and a 4-way (derived) version. They have a 1x1 footprint, a default capacity of 2,700 units (configurable), and may directly replace pipes. They are very useful for small buffer needs and for making compact circuit networks. I removed the separate tech and created options for when to unlock the storage tanks, changed their recipes a bit and also reduced ingredient cost to more accurately reflect their dimensions.

Graphics & Sounds: A custom "death" animation that better fits the storage tanks was created, and various sound effects were added or changed.
