Looking through the mod to see if it would break anything with the nuclear overhaul I'm currently using, I noticed you tried to use fuel categories for your coolant things.
Fluids/fluid energy sources do NOT support categories. You'll either have to use a temperature range that only contains your fluids, or if you only need one fluid, you can set the fluidbox filter.
