Configurable Nukes & ICBMs

Makes most/many aspects of the atomic bomb configurable, and affected by quality, as well as allows for the weaponization of rocket-silos. Allows for custom payloads created from almost any ammo or capsule item, as well as introduces dedicated warhead payloads (atomic, "Rods from God", Jericho, Mjölnir), ICBMs (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles), IPBMs (Interplanetary Ballistic Missiles), and ISBMs (Interstellar Ballistic Missiles). Why shouldn't rocket-silo rockets be used offensively?

b [0.9.11 - Fixed] Leftover Entities if Payloader deleted instead of mined (0.9.10)

Hello again, I've noticed that the payloader will leave some entities behind (the input and output entities) if it is deleted instead of mined (IE: if you're using the editor). I think this is caused by the mod only checking for mining events, and not removal of the entity as a whole. I'm not super knowledgeable on what events are available to be listened to, however.

Hello! You're almost certainly correct in that I probably forgot/missed the additional removal/delete events (oops).

Will try and address this as I look into the explosives issue you reported as well.

Greatly appreciate the reports - keep them coming if you find any more.

Looks like I'm using 0.9.10
For additional clarity and help testing, the exact method for generating the leftover entities i found was to be in editor mode and using the Ctrl+X cutting tool to cut the entity, since that just deletes instead of using any mining event. I discovered this in my play through because I use the blueprint sandboxes mod, which when an enemy is marked for deconstruction, it deletes said entity.

Was just able to recreate the issue locally; can also confirm it is fixed with my local instance of version 0.9.11 (was simply missing the "script_raised_destroy" event it would appear).

Working to have the update/fix released and available soon, hoping/aiming for today if possible.

Thanks again for the report!
