The devs blessed us with the proxy-container prototype in 2.0.38, so enjoy the spoils by treating players like a linked chest.

Place the building down and select which player and what inventory you want inserters/loaders/circuits to interact with.

Currently the only restriction that applies is same surface, admin or same force is currently not required.
