Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
This is a side effect of the new rail dimensions and their hard coded collision boxes in the game engine. Think of it as clearance for the rear of the ship to swing out as it makes the turn.
