Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
Title's pretty self explanatory, make is so when Cargo Ships is used alongside Krastorio 2, offshore oil deposits become limited like regular oil deposits do in Krastorio 2. Preferably this would be left as a toggable option to allow people who do want infinite oil sources on Krastorio 2 via this mod

I just released 1.0.22 that forces offshore oil to the match the infinity-behavior of crude oil, I forgot to add a setting for it. Will add that later if needed.
