Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.

I am facing a problem where loaders/unloaders are unable to pick up or put items into the cargo ship. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
