Cargo Ships


Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.

b Ai controled boat (AAI vechicles) gone

i had mounth of break (april 15) from game now when i returned to my save i see Ai boat is gone, i can't exactly say when it's happens

I removed the AI boat because the pathfinder doesn't work properly on the water. You can drive in straight lines, but as soon as there is any obstacle it tries to avoid it as though it were on land, and gets stuck.

All my supply routes worked wery well in fact i manualy set arount 10-20 extra points to avoid land but that wasn't very anoing or time consuming, TBH even on land i made supply roads in similar amount of points. For me Ai boats worked fine as they were

I'm sorry to break your setup! You can reenable it by deleting line 306 from ships.lua ( https://github.com/robot256/cargo_ships/blob/hotfix2/prototypes/ships.lua#L306 )

I'll look at reenabling them in the next release.

I did it, worked fine and i ended up remaking few other mods to my needs. Thank you. Now i spend wonderful time doing things at language i've never use before

Release 0.2.3 has gone back to allowing AI boats. (Though I suppose I could make it a setting...)
