Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
I've been releasing updates but I don't have access to the original GitHub. The current code is in my fork, which is a pull request on the link repo. It's probably time to switch the link to my repo instead.
