Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
This is mostly visible on the or_pole entity, because the electricity supply area around the oil rig is off-centre. Adding the "placeable-off-grid" flag fixes this.
