Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
The pumps from the oil rig to the ship are running. They run at a decent speed for a while. Then they suddenly slow to a crawl. It barely even registers on the "speed" measurement when hovering over the pump. It is taking forever to load the ship. Am I doing something wrong?
The oil rig pumps out of the ground to an internal buffer. The buffer is smaller than the ship, so once it's empty, the ship has to wait for more oil to be extracted from the ground. You basically need to build enough ships to have one for each rig. (This is pretty realistic, oil tankers are used for offshore storage as much as for transport.)
