This mod doesn't seem to have functioning oil rigs or oil tankers. Placed the waterway close enough and made sure to test it by placing the oil tanker next to the off short pump(even checking the highlights), and the oil tanker's highlight is always red even when the mod's designated pump is pointing towards it(and is filled.)

I don't use any overhauls and the closest mod this could be malfunctioning with is AI Vehicles but AI vehicles doesn't work on this mod, nor does anything alter any of the base recipes. Not sure why it doesn't work.

In my experience, it's nearly impossible to load tankers with ship pumps in manual mode. It will work if you place a Port and put the ship in automatic mode. Also, because of Factorio limitations, the pump has to be stupidly close to the ship (visually overlapping).
