Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
If you are not using RSO, the the command "/regenerate-oil" will delete all the existing oil deposits and regenerate and sea oil deposits them based on the map seed and current mod startup settings. This might give depleted wells their original strength back.
