Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!

Just letting anyone interested know that a fairly large update is in the works right now. I've been working on the graphics to increase resolution, add reflections, redo the icons etc., and I've been joined by robot256 who's already solved a number of bugs.
