Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
I'd rather it takes some days longer than having to deal with new crashes due to a hasty release. Then again, there's the aspect of sourcing out testing to the players, which takes some load off the modder's shoulders … :-)
