Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
i am not a big fan of having different "tiers" of the same entity, but i will consider increasing the pump throughput somewhat. you always can add more pumps for loading/unloading though, cant you?
