Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
A water pathway was destroyed by events beyond my control (a meteor to be exact), but it makes no sense for them to be destructible; they are just lines in water.
