  Balancing:
    - Increased the spawning time to 12.5s, 10s was probably too big of a change even taking into account that first nests will be typically placed one minute later.

    - Added some material to each player during game start to allow immediate crafting.

    - Updated to Factorio 2.0. Most of the new researches (including trigger tech and stuff like electric mining drill) are researched at the game start. Due to the extent of the changes some bugs are expected.
    - Initial offshore pump moved one tile further from the silo due it having to be placed adjacent to water. This will cause old bluprints to fail.
    - Added Quick Guide window displayed when joining team. It mainly reminds about having to place a starting blueprint.
    - Added 2 example blueprints to player inventory when joining team before the game start.
    - Increased the frequency at which biters receive commands. This should make their movement much smoother.

    - By popular demand: halved respawn times. Now it's 1/120th of the current game length. Not that I agree with that change but sometimes one needs to surrender to the masses...
    - Direct flamethrower damage reduced by 25%, this should reduce effectiveness of massing them.
  Features:
    - You can now have players joining mid-game with tournament mode on. You can disable this feature by selecting "Lock Teams" checkbox before the start of the game.
    - It is no longer possible to regenerate map while players are in the teams. Random players joining the game won't be therefore able to do it when the teams are preparing for the game. To regenerate the map after the game everyone has to join spectators.
    - It is no longer possible to force the game start as a spectator in tournament mode.
    - Added text notifications for players joining and leaving teams and to teams setting their ready state.

    - Increased the oil frequency twice. This should make it easier to progress behind mediums.
    - Yellow ammo damage 5->4, red ammo damage 12 -> 10. Yellow ammo with damage upgrade 2 still needs 2 bullets to kill small biter, while at damage upgrade 1 it needs 4. Also yellow ammo is now significantly weaker against medium biters. Generally gun turrets were much better than expected, especially due to much better upgrades than in vanilla.
    - Reintroduced grenade nerf (AoE radius 6.5 -> 5). Mediums are now much harder to get, enemies research time was trippled and spawning interval is longer so early game offense was nerfed hard.
