Well, I debated with myself about that, I think you could argue it both ways. Yes it heavily relies upon many other mods, but I think that it adds enough of its own (and makes enough changes) to be its own thing. I understand the disagreement though.

I moved all of the functionality into X-Logistics so this is definitely a modpack now :D
