You have a road and trucks... But you cant transfer yourself (your character)... Can one come to any depo, press some hotkey - a target device appears, then press destination, then a drone picks char up and delivers to target place. Best if that drone have ~x3 speed.
Or, maybe same but with a car. I ask you about it because you obviously have solved path finding issue, so done most part of this already.
