Spaghetorio

Spaghetorio is a Factorio mod that trades efficiency for glorious complexity, introducing new items, fluids, buildings and science packs to create absurdly intricate production chains. Currently in early alpha with players just reaching orbit, the mod is open for feedback to help tune balance.

g Honeycomb & Wheat

Where does one find honeycomb fungus and wheat?

Wheat can found on the Nauvis terrain, while honeycomb gathered on Gleba.

If your save file was created in version 0.3.15 or earlier, you’ll need to make some manual adjustments—use an infinite chest or another workaround.

I thought there weren't other planets in this mod with "Everything on Nauvis"? Although I haven't explored the later tiers/end game.

I've been working on this mod for quite some time. I'm sure my original file was created long before the version you mention. Question: If the landscape biome generation goes through an update by Spaghetti2364, will my save file get that update if I refresh the software version? Or once the map is procedurally generated, you're stuck with that setup? e.g.) if a new ore was created, would my save file not get the new ore patches because the map is already generated? Hope that makes sense.

You're right—once a chunk has been generated, it won't change. However, if you're worried that an update has introduced new ores that your save can't spawn, you can try these mods:
Use either the
Delete Chunk Tool (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Delete-Chunk-Tool?from=search)
or DeleteChunks(https://mods.factorio.com/mod/DeleteChunks?from=search)
to delete chunks outside your base. When those areas regenerate, any new ores or terrain features added by the update will appear in the freshly created chunks.

Thanks! I'll give that mod a try. Sounds like I can delete chunks of the map have them regenerate and with some trial and error get the regeneration to include wheat and honeycomb that were not available when i created the map.

I'm also having trouble making Arsen Pillet's because I can't find recipe for ingredient Arsenic Trioxide. Not sure if they are connected, but we'll see. =)

Arsenic Trioxide from recipe crushing cobalt ore.
It appears to be the only source available and has numerous applications in later infrared and photocell technologies.
In the early stages, I stockpiled the surplus arsenic trioxide instead of sending it for destruction.

Thanks for the clarification! I was looking everywhere for it. I wish byproducts would show up when using in game search box.

I'm also testing out the Chunk Delete mod. So far it's repopulating the selected regions, but I haven't found any wheat. Perhaps I'm not looking closely enough. Is it a node or something shows up on the minimap like Jellynut? Infinity Chest still my backup contingency.
