Same error. FYI, if you want to keep playing a save, just roll back to the previous Factorio release. That was my stopgap solution.

Found a temporary fix, diving in the logic of the error I found the reactor.png file at:
"steamapps\common\Factorio\data\base\graphics\entity\nuclear-reactor"
Edit (backup first!) with Paint de reactor.png file and resize to 160x160, save. Now the mod works (for me)
Seems a recent Factorio update changed the dimension of the file and makes the mod crash. Waiting for mod update.
