Rod of Harmony

About the mod:

This is not the first mod to implement the item (e.g. Rod Of Discord by micaalle ) but it aims to hit all the key aspects of the original Rod Of Discord and Rod of Harmony from Terraria.

Two teleportation items: the Rod of Discord and the Rod of Harmony.
Using the Rod of Discord inflicts "chaos" debuff: on repeated use the player will loose health. Duration: 6 seconds.
Smooth camera transition between starting and targeting locations.
Particle animations at starting and targeting locations.
Particle animation around the character after teleportation. Also used to visualise the "chaos" effect.
Sound effect when using the teleportation items.
Compatible with both vanilla and Space Age DLC. Technology and recipes are adjusted accordingly.
Recipe is RNG based with the rate as low as the drop rate of the item in Terraria.
If the destination lacks space for the character or it's an entity, the teleport won't trigger - only animations and sound effect.
