Productivity Through Science

Turn scientific progress into industrial efficiency.

Every researched technology permanently increases the productivity bonus of all unlocked recipes. As your factory advances through the tech tree, production becomes progressively more efficient.

The experience can vary significantly depending on the Productivty per technology setting. Keep in mind, minimum tech unlocks for Space Age is 86, all techs (infinity research only once) - 277, and there's always the Mining Prod Bonus. Base game: 44 absolute minimum, 177 - all techs with single infinity.

The mod becomes extremely OP with Remove Productivity Cap.

  • Gain a configurable productivity bonus for every researched technology.

Map setting: Productivity per technology (default 0.5%)

Accepts decimal values.

Notes

  • Productivity is recalculated automatically whenever research is completed.
  • The /pts-resync command rebuilds the internal research cache and refreshes all productivity bonuses. This is primarily intended for map editor, console commands, or scenario scripts that add or remove researched technologies outside of normal gameplay.
