Adds both Rod of Discord and Rod of Harmony with the same effects (teleports you to the position of the cursor, applies chaos effect with health loss).

    - Two new teleportation items added: the Rod of Discord and the Rod of Harmony.
    - Using the Rod of Discord inflicts "chaos" debuff: on repeated use the player will loose health. Duration: 6 seconds.
    - Smooth camera transition between starting and targeting locations.
    - Added particle animations at starting and targeting locations.
    - Added particle animation around the character after teleportation. Also used to visualise the "chaos" effect.
    - Added sound effect when using the teleportation items.
    - Compatible with both vanilla and Space Age DLC. Technology and recipes are adjusted accordingly.
