Researching Gleba cargo drops requires space science which cannot be obtained on Gleba, so it seems to me that I am required to ship agricultural science out before I can drop anything in. Is this correct, and intended?
If so, then I don't particularly like it. While I am aware that most players prefer to have their science setup on other planets, I wanted to make my science setup on Gleba. I would prefer if there were a way to research cargo drops while on Gleba, even if it's more tedious to pull off.
