Rift Rail (裂隙铁路)

If the game allows railways to exist, then they deserve the right to cross planets portals for cross-surface train teleportation. Supports cybersyn2 and LTN for automated logistics. 如果游戏允许铁路存在,那铁路就该拥有跨越星球的资格 跨地表铁路传送门。支持cybersyn2和LTN 自动化物流。

g Automatic trains not working with portals

Hello everyone,

I tried to use this mod with LTN and K2 spaced out but I couldn't get it to work. After some troubleshooting I found that the problem persists even on a fresh save without any other mods activated.
Manually driving through the portals works without a problem but when I make a schedule, it can't find stops (regular and temporary) behind the portal. The portals are linked and the entry-exit-setting is also set up correctly.

Any hint on what I'm missing is appreciated.

Could you provide me with a save file that can reproduce this problem?

Have you added the entrance transport station to the schedule? If using LTN, have you followed the FAQ? If you have the Informatron mod, you can also check its documentation on Riftrail.

I uploaded the test save: https://limewire.com/d/sqnkT#WXCTHViIaV

It seems to boil down to '[LTN] No train to transport from train stop 1 to train stop 2 on network with length between 0 and 0 found in depot'.
I may seem like a problem with LTN at first glance, but it vanishes when I use a direct rail connection.
The connections are only between portals on Nauvis but I still tried the method in the FAQ, without success.
I looked at the documentation in the Informatron mod but I didn't find any solution or I must have missed it.
Adding the entrance transport station to the schedule works if I want to do a vanilla one. Afaik LTN only needs a train in the depot. If I add the entrance to the schedule, LTN stops recognizing the train.

is your LTN network is 0?

I've accessed your save file. I think you didn't understand the function of this button. You know it says "LTN cross surface," which means it won't work on the same planet.

Thanks for the help. The problem was in fact "LTN cross surface". I wasn't sure, if it was required or not and checked it just in case. I didn't know it prevented working on the same planet.
Now I the provider station isn't getting recognized but that's an issue with LTN (or rather my understanding of it)

Rift Rail’s LTN integration is only meant for cross-surface deliveries.
If both stops are on the same surface, LTN will not use Rift Rail as a shortcut for route planning.
In that case, if you want to use the portals as a tunnel/shortcut, please set up a normal train schedule manually.
So this is outside the scope of LTN integration in Rift Rail, not an LTN bug.
