I cannot see how you can link these 2 endpoints, i have read the FAQ and all the documentation but cannot find how you link these.

Found this in the English description,

Place two Rift Rail structures (on same or different surfaces).
Click one to open the GUI and select the other from the "Select Target" dropdown.
Click "Pair".

I have placed 2 rifts, but when i click either of them they do not give me the GUI, what am i doing wrong ??

Clicking the core in the middle of the rift rail portal does nothing, i am wondering if another mod is breaking this, tried clicking everywhere on the portal but it does not bring up the GUI.
Unless there is another button somewhere else on the screen that is covered by something else ?

It is another Mod that is breaking this, i have just disabled all mods other than Base and Rail Rift and it works, so will disable them one by one until it works

I have managed to find it, Kuxynator's Slim-Inserters is the problem, when this mod is active it stops the GUI box appearing when click the Core
