I'm having a similar bug that I reported earlier - I've got one specific station that keeps trying to route its trains through an Entrance Rift Rail when it should be routing through an Exit rail, but this time the station is notably further away, so I don't know why it's doing it this time. I have multiple other stations on the same Cybersyn network that work perfectly normally, but one station refuses to route its trains properly.
Which building is closest to the train will choose which building. This is not a bug, nor is it the rule I designed, and I can't change it either. You may have enabled at least two pairs of connections between the surfaces.?You can just leave one pair of connections and then change the name of the building.
I have one exit and one entrance on each surface, and for whatever reason the train is pathing to the rift rail that's set to Exit instead of the one labelled as Entrance. I have only one Exit and one Entrance per planet besides Nauvis, which has one per other surface I have trains on.
For example, your entrance to nuavis is called a, and the exit of a pair is on another surface. This exit is b. You have established the return route entrance c. Exit d. You just need to change the names of b and c to the same.
