Every time I have a train travel through a rift, they run out of fuel. It seems as though the fuel contents of trains aren't being preserved when they get teleported/copied across rifts.
Processed Fuel from SE, and I've also been using the Electric Train 2.0 Fix locomotives. Both the vanilla trains with the Processed Fuel and the E-Locomotives are losing their fuel when they cross any rift.
I don't know if fixing the Electric Train 2.0 Fix fuel situation is quite in scope for this mod since that mod just has a script it uses to fill its locomotives on fuel every tick, but the other fuels not copying over is definitely a problem I'm having. Since you're not running into it, I would tend to assume that another mod is causing problems, but unless Automatic Train Painter, Vehicle Equipment Grids, or K2 are causing it, I don't know.
I cannot download the TA-Miners-SE-Patch and Processed_Fuel modules. The first one shows that it has not been released yet, and the second one shows that it is not available on the module platform.

I haven't joined the group. After entering your save file, I found that it prompts that there is no fuel as soon as the train starts moving.
How about if you replace the electric locomotives with vanilla trains? Does it still have issues with that? I'd be fine with switching to vanilla trains if the electric ones have a separate issue, as the electric locomotives work fine for me until they go through a rift.
With the original rains, everything works fine; I don't run out of fuel. But your electric rains runs out of fuel as soon as it starts moving, not when it enters a teleportation phase, so I can't debug it.
