Recipes in the Mechanical plants as crafting Inserters don't show up in FNEI and Factory planner.
I also have the mod Remove productivity cap enabled that touches the recipe, so it could possible be the problem if it works for others. Could it be something like mod loading order?

I do not know what could be causing this and even if i knew im 2000kms or so from my pc currently so i cant really help lol

Try asking on the other mods' pages and if nothing works come back here and ill see what i can do when im home
