  I needed to cook slightly more:

  Additions:
    - Added leaded fuel, a sidegrade/alternative to rocket fuel and nuclear fuel. Higher stats than nuclear, slightly higher energy than rocket but 500% pollution!

  Changes:
    - Increased stone from chloric rocks.
    - Nerfed lead pellets recipes.
