The Fusion generator (maybe also Reactor) dont output their components when recycled currently, they output the recipes of other mods.
Instead of the HEA Plates and Engines i get the Paracelsin recipe (Van. Rec. + E. Coils)
Also, for every other item added by the mod (except Plates as that one makes sense and HEA Engines, that already turn into components) just turn into themselves.
The gear could maybe turn into 50% chance for a plate and The Containment structure could turn into the plates and foundations.

Version 4.1.5 will fix the issues related to the HEA gear (as you mentioned, the plates and the engine are already working properly). I’ll release it tomorrow.

For the containment structure, I think it’s better if it isn’t recyclable to avoid massive quality recycling of HEA plates.
But I might add a setting allowing players to change that.

For the base items (fusion stuffs and railguns) and the lithium battery, the quality mod is acting strangely, and I need to look into it further, so it will take longer to fix.

It was a bit tricky because the way the game handles recycling recipes isn't exactly mod-friendly :(
