I just want to inform that, if you want to add planet Igrys https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Igrys to your game the centrifuge stop crafting copper ores.

Can confirm, I tested and encountered the same issue last week.

Not only that, instead of "Copper Ore" it crafts "Rare Ore" from "Krastorio 2 Space Out " (if installed).
(having Igrys also installed)

Update.

Disabled Igrys - no iron and no copper. Seems like other mod/mods is making fun on centrifuge.
Cerys adds uranium at 0 stage.
Krastorio adds rare metals at 0 stage.

Okay. I disabled all mods that was touching centrifuge and recipe (those from tooltip).
Still nothing. There was only some stone, not even coal or iron/copper.

Enabled debug text on startup makes game freeze.

Somewhat fix - override in startup settings what centrifuge is making for each grade.
