g [Not Implementing] Maps with limited water

Looked over the recipes, and it looked like water was a basic ingredient needed for any tiberium processing. The only exception was turning raw tiberium into endless data fragments, but that was it. No water is unusual, but it would be convenient to turn tiberium into water or have some basic processing which doesn't require water in such scenarios.

If you're going for a no water scenario, why are you not grabbing a water pump mod?

Thematically, tiberium into water makes little sense. Mechanically, it should only be used in that specific scenario, which means we would need to be limiting it to it somehow.

Tiberium is not meant to make "free" resources. Water falls under that 99% of the time, and doing something for that 1% is, frankly, a waste of effort. There are already a multitude of mods that add a 'place anywhere water pump' that fully work fine. No point reinventing the wheel.

kk, figured it was a long shot. I joined a random online game and they felt limiting water to the initial start was a good idea while running tiberium+oil resources only... figured it was an "unwinnable" game, thus the reason I brought it up.
