Adds the USS Harry S. Truman as a large playable aircraft carrier for Cargo Ships, with integrated support for Aircraft Realism. Aircraft can land on the deck, park on the carrier, transfer control to the ship after landing, and launch again directly from the flight deck.

Press L key, while on the carrier to launch aircraft.

Added a built-in 15x25 equipment grid to USS Harry S. Truman.
Each additional roboport installed in the grid increases the carrier roboport range by 33%.
