Improves Ultracube's playability significantly.

• The player now runs at normal speed holding the cube
• The tech tree is visible (except a couple of special unlocks)
• Factoriopedia is now visible
• The boiler is now the normal way around

Please note that I haven't tested this too extensively yet so there may be some bugs.
