Not sure if you're still working on updates to this planet mod, but PlanetsLib has some kind of custom property that enforces a location to be considered a "satellite" of another planet, which is used in the Organized Solar System mod. This mod moves all the planets around in order of where they should be in terms of planetary progression (or rather, by tiers).
Since this planet isn't defined as a satellite of Gleba, it is treated as a separate planet when playing with Organized Solar System, and detaches from its parent planet (see below for how other planetary moons are affected when they do have the correct property).
