For this, you want to look at planetslib support, and register it as a moon for gleba. Kryzeth already wrote that, you can do it based on this mod. https://mods.factorio.com/mod/terrapalus-orbit-patch
This mod will also fix the organized solar system problem by making sure that this planet remains attached to Gleba.
