Hi. How will this work if we cant send anything down to the planet and not send any science out?

You can send science up.

How do we set up defenses? They cant be made into bioluminus turrets. I try to produce things on all planets and like the ability to send things up.

Rudimentary defense can be setup easily by making turrets and walls and ammo.
Now the ONLY block to advancement is water and I cannot figure it out since sulfur to steam is out, ice is out, theres no lakes, bioplastic is out w/o means to make biochamber: what am I missing?

Edit: Missed the easy to make biochamber..

Bioplastic doesn't work without the ingredients from Gleba though (Yumeko Mash + Bioflux).
