I run with a lot of modded planets and things like Redrawn space connections. I'm curious what the intended distance from the Glize system back to the home system is supposed to be. Right now the longest leg of the journey, from my outermost planet (Maraxsis) to the edge of the glize system is about 1/4 the length to the shattered planet. Unsure if that is intended or not, I am aware I am running quite a lot of mods that might contribute to this. However it is not exactly a bad situation if I'm being honest. The long distance coupled with the manageable medium asteroid tier and density lends to build designs that are slightly different from some other routes I run. I found that the platform design I had been using quite handily for all my mid tier planet deliveries actually couldn't keep up ammo production over the long haul trip to glize. It was a fun situation to discover and manage that on the fly during the long but somewhat low stakes journey.
If the intended distance is not supposed to be that long though it might be worth considering going the route I've seen a few other solar system mods do where they create some sort of connection point stargate or something similar with fixed distances to a cousin stargate in the mod system. It would work but would remove some of the friction, for better or ill. You could even create some kind of compromise, with a manual long distance route is how you initially have to get to the system but with a later high tier discovery you find a wormhole or whatever kind of shortcut connection. Integrating that with Moshine's computer stuff might fit well.
Final thought is wondering if there is any info on the planet Cerys is orbiting? It's not one of the modded planets so I assume it's from this but nothing is mentioned on it.
