Can confirm. Disabling Vesta "solves" the issue.

It's actually the "Independent Gases", so you more than likely have this mod installed with my Shattered Planet mod, and recently I added code which removes duplicated gases. Turns out Shattered Planet ALSO removes its own fluids in favor of using Vesta's; so it's actually Shattered Planet causing the issue in that some fluids it needs are no longer available.

Please update your "Shattered Planet" mod as the issue is now fixed. The problem wasn't Vesta, it was Shattered Planet's compatibility not being updated to compensate with some of the moving around in Vesta's code.
