Updated today to Factorio experimental 2.0.66 and Planet Vesta 2.0.0 and getting the following when booting up the game:

Ye, the "vesta-heater" was a legacy mode building, I had forgot to set a binary option on it, so the building kept loading even though its assets were not. Issue should be fixed now though.
