g [Not a Bug] Yeeting Electric Coils

Yeeting the 2000 electric coils from Paracelsin doesn't seem to give the 15% prod to the Electrochemical plants.

This needs to be done on Rubia. It is just not well conveyed as I didn’t have a great place to explain it.

I didn't identify it properly. It's that the bonus doesn't apply to anything that can't take a module. Which if that's the intended way for it to work is fine. It was misleading in that the 25% productivity of the building does work on these recipes. But the 15% bonus on the building doesn't.

Electrochemical plants should bave a special case for this. These bonuses normally only apply to buildings that accept modules, but it should work unless something has changed. I can check next time I open the game.

I just tested this out. Everything works totally fine on my side. The electrochemical plant does benefit from the +15% productivity bonus of the technology when just Rubia and Paracelsin are installed. Meaning either: 1) you are using a recipe on the electrochem plant that doesn't take productivity module effects, or 2) you have a combination of mods that prevents MUpgrades from influencing the electrochemical plant. At this point, it does not seem like a Rubia bug.
