I'm getting this error when creating a new world or loading a 2.1 save while RocketCargoInsertion is not installed:

The mod ○🌐Rubia (0.69.151) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

Installing RocketCargoInsertion solves the issue but it's listed as a recommended dependency.

I see I missed the case where you open up a pre-existing save with different mod settings when I made 0.69.150. RocketCargoInsertion is now mandatory (as it was only a recommended dependency to give S6X time to update her mod to 2.1). For the scenario where we ever remove the dependency again, that code is also fixed.

All is fixed now in Rubia v0.69.152, out now.
