Not sure if this is because I also have Moshine installed with another long handed stack inserter that DOES count as a long handed inserter, but cannot use upgrade planner to upgrade long handed -> long handed rubia stack inserter because it instead counts as a regular inserter e.g. blue green. You can upgrade regular inserters to rubia long handed stack inserter because of the bug. Long handed BULK inserter does count as a long handed inserter and is unaffected

Rubia’s long inserters are in the long inserter fast replace group. I tested before that my inserters do replace with long inserters. This sounds like a Moshine bug.

Nevermind, I realized you were talking about my long stack inserters, which are indeed in the wrong fast replace group. I'll be issuing a fix later.

This is now fixed in 0.69.85.
