Highly recommend doing some research and realizing that mocking players in any way is unacceptable as a developer, even if it's a "joke", and only serves to push others away form your mod.

Please change the difficulty tier level names, "micropenis" is highly unacceptable as a low-tier difficulty, why would anyone select this willingly? You should have just not put this tier in... again-- please, change the tier difficulty names, thank you.

I didn't mean to make people feel bad for playing on the lowest difficulty setting, so now: changing to the lowest difficulty setting give an achievement called "It's not the size that matters", to make sure those players feel better about themselves. I hope that helps.
