How can I craft Biofusion science pack ?, 30 seconds spoil for iron bacteria is not enought for reaching Rubia from gleba! I need a hint :)

Hi. The technology that unlocks biofusion science packs has two effects. One is unlocking the recipe for the science pack. The other effect is absolutely necessary to make this possible.

I still do not get it.
The other unlock allows me use "Iron Bacteria Cultivation" but not "Iron Bacteria" on Rubia.
For the first one I already need some bacteria to get started so it is out.
The second one requires me to import jelly, not nice but doable in 4 minutes; however this recipe is still locked on Rubia.

As per the Biofusion Science Pack technology, Rubia unlocks the Iron Bacteria propagation recipe to ALL surfaces. This is all you need.

The jelly => iron bacteria recipe is still locked, and is not relevant to biofusion science.
