That's funny because my first mod concept was based on another RJDunlap planet lol. With your help, I found it very quickly. He assigned a string as a prerequisite to his heat-inserter technology. That is a big mistake that someone else reported to him back in March, and still unresolved. I reported it again to him anyway. This can mess with other mods (not just my own) that look at tech trees.
Anyway, I have some bad news for you:
1) I put in a special case, just for this. My code no longer causes the game to fail to load when Tapatrion is present.
2) Even without my mod, Tapatrion will not work as of Factorio 2.0.44 (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/planet-tapatrion/discussion/67f4311e66e20d2fd4cf5a16). I am getting the same error as in that thread, where there are issues with his decoratives.
3) RJDunlap (the author of Tapatrion) has not been seen in 3 months.
So... I fixed what I can fix from my side, and will push out an update later today, but unfortunately, it won't work out for you because the remaining issues are on Tapatrion's side.
