I've been trowling the factoriopedia for a way to make steel (for chemical plants and geode drills) in my save which has Krastorio 2: Spaced Out in it and can't seem to find a recipe chain that works for Hyarion. In K2, steel requires coke, which itself requires wood which is unavailable on Hyarion.

Doesn't make the game unwinnable since it can always be imported, but it blocks completing the planet without any external imports.

Part of the concepts for hyarion is to rely on external imports but ill look for a logical way to add wood to hyarion, if you have arig installed you can get wood from sifters and carbon

Ah, okay then. I was treating it as similar to the vanilla planets where you could start from nothing. If imports are expected, then steel seems a reasonable import requirement since realistically you don't need much of it.
